Self Defense Classes
We offer Self Defense Classes upon interest.  We offer classes for women and
children and we also offer co-ed classes for children or homeschool groups.  
These classes are for ages 7 and up and can be scheduled on the following basis:
  • 10 Week (1 hour a week) Course
  • 5 Week (2 hour a week) Course
  • 2 Day Course (Friday & Saturday - 7 hour)
  • 1 Day Course (Saturday - 7 hour - Break in between for lunch)


Scheduling A Class:
  • Minimum of 10 Students
  • Location - Your location (gym, fitness center, large conference room or
    facility, etc.) or we can provide our location.
  • Classes Must Be Scheduled At Least One Month Prior To Class Date

We teach basic techniques on how to defend against an attack or an assault, two
on one attacks, gun and knife, how to be more aware of your surroundings, how to
be prepared at all times, and much more.

Price:  $35 per person (discounts for two or more in a family).
